ZedBeans partners with micro kitchens, home chefs, and small culinary businesses to deliver fresh meals to your doorstep. We act as a facilitator between customers and independent kitchen partners.
Prices listed on the platform are inclusive of taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment must be completed before order confirmation.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on distance, traffic, weather, and kitchen preparation times. We do our best to deliver on time.
Calls made through the in-app masked number system may be recorded for safety, fraud prevention, and service quality. By using the platform, you consent to such recordings.
Refunds are issued based on the nature of the issue, such as incorrect orders, missing items, or quality concerns. Refund eligibility will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
ZedBeans is not responsible for delays, force-majeure conditions, or actions of third-party delivery partners or kitchen partners. We operate as a platform provider.
All kitchens are solely responsible for the food items they prepare and sell. Each kitchen must ensure that all products comply with applicable health, safety, and hygiene standards. Kitchens are required to obtain and maintain all necessary authorizations, licenses, and approvals from local governing authorities. They must also fully cooperate with any inspections, audits, or regulatory checks mandated by these authorities.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
